Top 5 Reasons You Shouldn't Do The CrossFit Open

We will be hosting the CrossFit Open wods for all of our registered athletes for the next 5 Saturdays and unless you can use one of the reasons below you should be signed up.

5) You are not 14 years old at the time of registration.  (Them be the rules and you can't argue with it.)

4)You plan on be stranded on a desert island for the next 5 weeks. (Even if you have a camera and submit a video via message in a bottle i don't think it will make it to CrossFit HQ in time.) 

3)You cheat your rep count in the gym to take the board and are afraid of being exposed.  (actually I would like to see you compete;)

2)You like Rich Froning and Annie Thorisdottir and don't want to take away their title.  (You are very gracious and OVERLY confident.)

1) You are playing in the NCAA March Madness Tournement.  (Good luck to you.)

Wendler Deadlift plus calisthenics sprint
Deadlift 5, 5, 3 then 5/65%, 5/75%, 5/85%. % based on 90% of 1rm
Then, 3 rounds of
20 jumping lunges
10 clapping push-ups
200 m run
