You\'ll be instructed on the CrossFit Program, how Kirkland CrossFit operates, and you'll start to learn the basic movements our workouts are built around.
Our On Ramp series is designed as an introduction to CrossFit moves and an evaluation of your fitness, flexibility, and overall wellness
Once you've completed on-ramp you're ready to join the rest of the team. You wil have all the knowledge to begin the rest of your fitness life.
