Today was fun! The sun was shining, people were alternately smiling and swearing at me, the boys in blue showed up during the 9:30 class. Honestly, who could as for more? I did hear some disturbing reports of athletes bringing the dumbbells to their shoulders during the farmer's carry and dropping the plate to their heads during the overhead carry. That of course would be cheating and would require a 10 second penalty for each infraction. Like any good teacher or coach, I'm going to trust that those in my charge would never cheat a movement to gain a strategic advantage, so the mistake must have been on my part, not communicating the expectations clearly!

my bad.... I kept the plate over my head the entire time but rest the dumb bells on my shoulders a few times, BUT in my defense I didn't know I wasn't supposed to... Open it up tomorrow and I'll come and re do it. Great work out!
