Very inspirational to see so many of you putting in tremendous effort day after day! A handful of you have been working out twice a day two or three times a week. Coupling a strength base in the morning with the daily WOD later in the day. We will be opening up the opportunity for more people to focus on strength and lifting work beginning in March when we bring Allison King on as our Saturday trainer. She will coach the regular classes and will offer two hours of lifting from 11am-1pm each Saturday. You can work on technique as well as improve upon your strength base. Many of you appreciated Allison's class last month and we are thrilled to be bringing her in to the Kirkland CrossFit community on a regular basis. More good things happening...
