Contact us by email or phone, or just drop in for your first FREE one hour introductory session.
Free introduction session
During your first session your trainer will ask you about your exercise history, medical history, goals, concerns, etc.... You'll be instructed on the CrossFit Program, how Kirkland CrossFit operates, and you'll start to learn some basic movements our workouts are built around. You'll also receive a scaled workout at the end of the session. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to allow time for filling out the appropriate paperwork.
On Ramp
Our On Ramp classes are designed as an introduction to CrossFit. These classes begin the first and third Tuesday of every month and are held on Tuesday and Thursday at 8:30 am and/or 6:15 pm. A Saturday class is also offered at 10:15 am in case you miss one of the weekly sessions. Attendance at four of the six classes is mandatory if you wish to continue your membership with Kirkland CrossFit. This opportunity allows for adequate time spent learning the foundational movements of CrossFit in a non-intimidating atmosphere. We believe in developing proper form before we increase weight and intensity. At the completion of the On Ramp series we welcome your involvement in our group sessions where you will find the fun and intensity really start to pick up.
